Least Favorite: Cleaning, Laundry, Reffing Arguments of Children, Groceries.

What is your favorite product at Target and why?
Thoroseal because its as old as I am. Its been around a long time and does the job its designed to do. Waterproof walls, it is great for water in it, or water coming at it. In other words, when you put it on the walls in the basement it keeps the walls dry and free of moisture. It's also really great for adding life to outdoor furniture and bird baths.

What would you say is your expertise?
My expertise is ceiling tile at this point. I've taken on being the know it all of this line.

What is your favorite thing about target?
It's employees.

Why do you like the construction industry?
It keeps the economy going.

What is the biggest mistake you've made in a home construction project?
Buying wood windows, they sweat and warp in the winter. Very bad experience.

What is the most frequent mistake you've seen or heard about in regards to construction?
"My driveway looks terrible, its not shiny, it turned white, it bubbled when I sealed it, I'm losing color" These are all very common complaints of home owners experience with their driveways. But when we suggest on how to fix it and they do it, they are satisfied for another year. The biggest thing with stamped concrete that people don't realize is that its a maintenance thing. You have to take care of it.
