What 10 things have you done around your house?
I've actually done quite a bit of work both in and outside of my house. I replaced the furnace, replaced some floors in the bathroom as well as some tiles. Outside I sealed my windows and crowns with brick mortar.

What is your favorite thing to do around the home?
My favorite thing to do is wash my car / cut the grass / hang out with my family / watch tv / cycling.

What is your favorite product that is available at Target?
I really like NPI because of its multiple uses from caulking around the tub to sealing windows and cracks in concrete.

What is your favorite thing about working at Target?
The customers we see every day.

Why do you like the construction industry?
Keeps the world turning!

What projects do you hope to learn about in the next year?
Masonry for brick work, door replacement and learning from the expert contractors.

What is the biggest mistake you've made in a home construction project?
Painting foundation without proper prep work, it peeled off the next year.

What is the most frequent mistake you've seen/heard another person make in regards to construction?
Not prepping the concrete surface before installing a topping cement or sealer and having it come off.
