What 10 things have you done around your house?
Inside I refinished my bathroom, carpeted a couple rooms, painted and upgraded the insulation. On the outside I repaired my deck, did some landscaping, built a new fence and a new shed.

What is your favorite thing about Target?
The target employees are the best part by far, but I also love meeting new people and interacting with our loyal customer base. I also enjoy the satisfaction of completing a job from quote to delivery and researching new products online.

Why do you like the construction industry?
Construction is an ever changing industry and I love helping to solve people's construction problems.

What are your projects around the home that you're looking to complete?
I've been looking forward to working on some interior and exterior design projects and I'm going to build a storage shed in the backyard.

What is the most frequent mistake you've seen / heard another person make in regards to construction?
People hire a lot of non-qualified contractors and then expect top quality work. The #1 piece of advice I give everyone is to research your contractors.
