What work have you done around your house lately?
I recently did a new concrete driveway and some around the pool.

What is your expertise?
Etha foam backer rod, polymeric sand and NP1 caulking.

What is your favourite thing about Target?
I love one-on-one interaction with customers. We always get compliments saying how much faster we are then the big box stores!

Why do you like the construction industry?
There's always new things to learn because we always have new products.

What is the biggest mistake you've made in home construction?
They all boil down to not knowing the exact procedure and me trying to take shortcuts

What is the most frequent mistake you've seen / heard another person make in regards to construction?
Ordering the wrong sizes for certain products.
