Thoroseal Foundation Coating is a cement based coating for exterior below grade concrete and masonry specifically designed to waterproof the exterior surface of concrete and masonry below grade. Normally applied with push broom or beaver brush, it can also be mixed with clean washed and applied as a superior waterproofing parge (trowel applied) coating.
